It's that time of year again, that time you've been looking forward to, that time when the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout hits the whiteboard at your Drive Fitness studio. The exercises are finalised but are you ready for the challenge? From 1-24 December Drive Fitness personal training will be over run by people taking on the 12 Exercises Of Christmas Workout. *spoiler alert* expect 50 cal on the rower, 100m waiters walk, 40 single arm dumbbell cleans per arm, 70 TRX row & 8 more of our favourites (and yours) in a race against a 25 minute countdown..
