How Is A Winner Determined?
Although the main goal of the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge is not really about winning - the main aim is to motivate your weight loss and see you achieve great results. BUT...we do like to acknowledge a winner. This is calculated by the % of body weight lost from your initial weigh in to the final weigh in, NOT total weight loss in kg.

Flexible Personal Training & Boot Camp Session Plan
As long as you are doing 1 personal training session each week for your weekly weigh in and food diary submission you can join the 50 Weight Loss Challenge at no extra cost. If you would like to add extra personal training or boot camp sessions to your training program during the 50 Day Wight Loss Challenge we can organise this for you.
Daily Body Weight Workout
We will provide you with a daily body weight training program for you to follow in addition to your personal training & boot camp sessions. This training program will be made available online and will require no exercise equipment. All exercises will be introduced during your weekly personal training sessions.
Goal Setting & Weekly Weigh In's
We will work with you to set realistic BUT challenging weekly and 50 day weight loss goals.You are required to weigh in during your personal training sessions weekly to keep you accountable to your weight loss goals. This is a compulsory component of the weight loss challenge. We will monitor your body weight, circumferences, BMI and % body weight lost per week and overall.
Ongoing Nutrition Coaching
We will provide you with a basic meal plan to guide your eating during the 50 day weight loss challenge. Every week you will complete a food diary and return it to your personal trainer to be held accountable to your food choices and to allow us to make suggestions to improve your diet.
