How To Maximise Your Weight Loss Results During the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge?

  1. Carefully set your weekly & 50 day weight loss goal and weigh in weekly with your personal trainer to monitor your progress. Adjust goals accordingly throughout the 50 days. 
  2. Attend your weekly personal training session, boot camp session and as many other training sessions as possible during the 50 days. Train as hard as possible when you're there!
  3. Follow your online 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge body weight training program (www.drivefitness.com.au/train-at-home).
  4. Follow your 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge food plan.
  5. Complete your food diary booklet every day of the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge and submit to your trainer weekly. 
  6. Attend your fortnightly face to face nutrition seminars. 

 

Seminar Schedule

During each seminar you will receive an info handout summarising the basic information. At the first seminar and on November 14 there will be the opportunity for initial and final weigh ins for those that were not able to organise it with their trainer. 
  • Thursday 26 September: 7:30pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi: Dispelling Common Weight Loss Myths  | Food Groups, Serving Sizes & Best Choices For Weight Loss.*Following this seminar there will be an opportunity for initial weigh ins.
  • Thursday 10 October: 7:30pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi: Foods To Avoid & Why | Cooking & Preparing Foods For Weight Loss
  • Thursday 24 October: 7:30pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi: Eating & Exercising to Maximize Metabolism For Weight Loss
  • Thursday 15 November: 7:30pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi: NO SEMINAR but opportunity for final weigh ins.

Boot Camp Schedule

During each Saturday boot camp session we will introduce all the body weight exercises that will be used in your 50 Day Body Weight Training Program for the following week.

Presentation Night

The winner of the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge will be announced at the Drive Fitness Christmas Party the night following the last day of the weight loss challenge- Friday 15 November.Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place with the winner receiving 2 nights at the Mantra Sun City in a 1 bedroom Oceanview Apartment including breakfast for 2 people valued at over $500. More information about prizes to be announced during the challenge.
