Do you want to see if your friends can handle one of your workouts, introduce a friend to exercise for the first time or just train with a friend for something different? February is the month to do it, FRIENDS train FREE. 

Bring a friend to any personal training or boot camp session for FREE during February 2014. You can bring the same friend more than once (as many times as you like) or different friends each time. Only 1 friend at each session - tell them they will have to wait there turn! Have fun!

It's simple:

  1. Invite a friend to join you for your session
  2. Tell your trainer you have a friend coming
  3. Turn up with your friend 10 minutes early
  4. Train together!
