The trainer rowing teams have been decided. 

In a 5 x 500m relay Chloe, Tim, Jacob, Hugh & David will face off against Kate, Jared, Brendan, Nathan & Owey.

When is it?

Saturday 29 March 2014 @ 7:30am sharp. We expect to wrap up the event by 9am.

Where is it?

Drive Fitness Tarragindi. 5/19 Kuring Gai Ave, Tarragindi, Brisbane.

Who can participate?

Everyone that trains at Drive Fitness, all fitness levels welcome. It's not just about winning, it's about making exercise fun. 

What is it?

Teams of 4 row 2000m ( 4 x 500m) in relay format. Each team is made up of 2 men and 2 women. Morning tea all morning followed by medal presentation for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
