31 people kicked off bright and early to tackle a hilly (but fun) 12km trail walk from Silky Oaks car park at Mt Cootha, along the challenging but scenic Powerful Owl trail to gap creek reserve. On our return trip we took on the Kokoda track which includes a hill that makes even the strongest legs shaky - everyone was able to tough it out to the top!

It was a great chance to chat, meet new people, discuss upcoming training goals while burning upwards of 1000cal (4000kj) along the way. Great effort everyone!
