Christmas comes around fast every year and so does the Drive Fitness 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout! Each year the exercises change, the rep scheme is different but one thing stays the same - it's the hardest workout you'll do all year! It's a race against the clock with a 25 minute cut off to complete as much as possible.

Exercises & reps to be announced soon, It will be made available to you during your personal training sessions from Monday 30 November. Your Drive Fitness trainers will be taking on the challenge in the last week of November to warm it up for you!
