Every year at Drive Fitness in the spirit of Christmas we generously give you the gift of fitness in the form of the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout. Each year the exercises change, the reps vary and the format undergoes a few alterations but there is one thing you can be sure of; it's (deliberately & unapologetically) tough! 

Everyone at Drive Fitness is welcome to take the challenge in their personal training sessions starting Monday 28 November through to Saturday 17 December. It's a race against the 25min timer to see if you can complete all 12 exercises of Christmas before time runs out. How about trying to beat your trainer - that shouldn't be too hard, should it?
