WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

WHAT IS IT?
Mixed teams of 4 (2 men & 2 women) will row 2000m combined. Each team member will row 2x250 in relay format. Rower 1 rows 250m, rower 2 rows 250m, rower 3 rows 250m, rower 4 rows 250m THEN rower 1 rows their second 250m etc until 2000m.
Your trainers will also be facing off against each other in a team race. Trainer's teams to be announced soon.
