Every year at Drive Fitness in the spirit of Christmas we generously give you the gift of fitness in the form of the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout. Each year the exercises change, the reps vary and the format evolves but there is one thing you can be sure of; it's deliberately & unapologetically tough! 

Everyone at Drive Fitness is welcome to take the challenge in their personal training sessions starting Monday 4 through to Saturday 23 December. It's a race against the 25min countdown to see if you can complete all 12 exercises of Christmas before time runs out.

Your personal training team will complete the 12 Exercises Of Christmas Workout at the end of November to give you a bench mark to aim for. How about trying to beat your trainer - that shouldn't be too hard, should it?
