WHEN IS IT?

Friday 22 June @ 6:30pm. We expect to have everything wrapped up by 8pm including medal presentation. All weigh-ins will take place the week leading up to the challenge (Saturday 16 June - Friday 22 June) during your personal training session or at another time to be arranged with your trainer. 

WHAT IS IT? 

This is a social (and a little bit competitive) opportunity to put your strength to the test and monitor the results of your strength training. You will bench press the heaviest weight possible for 1 single rep - this will be divided by your body weight to achieve your relative score. Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places and trophies for the heaviest lift for women & men. 

 

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Only Drive Fitness clients can participate in  the Drive Fitness Bench Press Challenge. lt's suitable for all levels of lifting experience - chat to your trainer to start preparing now! Chat to your trainer or contact me to join the challenge.
