I have been training with Drive Fitness since January 2008.  During that time my muscular strength and fitness levels have increased.  I am now lifting weights I never thought that I would be able to do when I first started training.

My trainers have always planned sessions with my fitness goals in mind and they have been willing to adapt sessions based on feedback I have given them.

I have felt privileged to meet a group of like minded people while training with Drive Fitness who I now call my friends.
