Saturday 23 November 7:30am-9:30am. 

WHAT IS IT? 

A great opportunity to put your strength to the test! You’ll have 3 attempts to lift your heaviest dead lift for 1 rep, We will divide your heaviest 1 rep max by your body weight to achieve your relative score. Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and trophies for biggest overall lift.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Only Drive Fitness clients can participate in our Dead Lift Challenge - this is a Drive Fitness community event, not an elite power lifting competition. It's a fun, social & a little bit competitive strength event for Drive Fitness clients.
