Every year at Drive Fitness in the spirit of Christmas we generously give you the gift of fitness in the form of the 12 Exercises of Christmas Workout. Each year the exercises change, the reps vary and the format evolves but there is one thing you know for certain; it's deliberately & unapologetically tough! In the absence of a Christmas Party in 2020 what better way to celebrate than with a workout that unites everyone at Drive Fitness on our studio whiteboards.

It's a race against the clock with a 25min countdown to see how many of the 12 exercises of Christmas you can complete before time runs out. The circuit is a ‘once-a-year’ format with the exercises accumulating by 1 each round for 12 rounds (just like the 12 Days of Christmas song).

Your personal training team will complete the workout at the end of November to give you something to aim for - we don’t want you having all the fun without us! Beat us if you can…

Everyone at Drive Fitness is welcome to take the challenge in their personal training sessions starting Monday 30 November through to Thursday 24 December.
