Thank you to everyone for getting involved in our adjusted format for the Bench Press & Dead Lift Challenges this year. We’ve been running our strength events un-interrupted since 2008 and it was great to find a way to proceed despite a few unexpected interferences throughout the year. Despite being different I still really enjoyed it and it was fantastic to see so many awesome results. Check out the winners announcement & full results here...
A big congratulations to our winners, those who achieved a personal best & everyone who trained hard leading up to the challenge. Remember., you’re competing with yourself and your results should be used as a bench mark of your own progress and motivator moving forward. Thank you to everyone for contributing to our awesome community by getting involved - we greatly appreciate it!
