Thank you to all participants for getting involved in the Bench Press Challenge and making it an awesome event on Saturday morning. It was great to get so many people together from all Drive Fitness studios to support each other - that’s really what it’s all about.

A big congratulations to our winners, those who achieved or attempted a personal best & everyone who trained hard and successfully completed a strength training program leading up to the bench press challenge. The most important thing about strength training, the bench press challenge and other events like it is to recognise that we're all chasing our own individual improvement. Use your results as a bench mark and a motivator to keep on progressing.
