WORKOUT 1 - 1KM SKI & BODY WEIGHT AMRAP

With a 13 minute time limit complete 1000m on the skiErg and with the time remaining complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 5 push ups, 10 TRX / suspension rows, 15 body weight squats & 30 skips. Your score is the total number of push ups, TRX / suspension rows & body weight squats completed before 13min expires.

  • 1000m SkiERG

    • 5 Push Ups Hand Release (toes for men, knees for women)

    • 10 TRX / Suspension Rows

    • 15 Body Weight Squats

    • 30 skips


WORKOUT 2 - EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE KETTLEBELL HIGH PULL & BURPEE

Complete 1 kettlebell high pull and 1 burpee at the start of minute 1 and then rest the remainder of the minute, complete 2 of each exercise at the start of minute 2 and continue to increase reps by 1 of each exercise every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the reps within the allocated minute. Your score is the last successful minute you were able to complete all the reps within.

  • Kettlebell High Pull (20kg men, 12kg women)

  • Burpee


WORKOUT 3 - 3 ROUNDS OF ROWER & BENCH PRESS & CHIN UP BONUS ROUND

Complete 3 sets of 500m on the rowERG for men / 400m on the rowERG for women and 15 / 12 / 9 reps on the bench press at 50kg for men / 30kg for women. You can break up the bench press reps if required. Your score is the time taken to complete all 3 sets with a 20min time limit.

BONUS: Allowing a 3min rest following the end of the last set of bench press complete 1 set of max chin ups. Every chin up rep will subtract 2 seconds from your finishing time.

    • RowERG 500m for men / 400m for women

    • Bench Press 15 / 12 / 9 reps 50kg for men / 30kg for women

  • BONUS: Chin ups max reps


WORKOUT 4 - 5MIN TIMED BULGARIAN BAG CIRCUIT FOR MAXIMUM REPS

Complete each of the 5 exercises in order for 1 minute with a 1 minute rest at the end of the round, repeated for 3 rounds. There is no extra transition time llowd between exercises, the workout operates on a continuously running timer so how you use your work time and transition time us up to you. Your score is the total number of reps / calories achieved at the end of all 3 rounds.
