We scale our outdoor boot camp sessions to suit all levels of fitness & training experience. Are you new to exercise? We'll help you get started safely. Are you fit & looking for a new challenge? We'll find a way to push you to your limits.

Circuit training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), fitness boxing & run club - we have 4 different outdoor fitness sessions. We use a wide variety of training methods & exercise equipment to keep our outdoor boot camp sessions constantly varied. Kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls & weighted sleds are just a few examples of what you'll find.
