Scaling Down.
Substitute ladder climbers for jogging on the spot and instead of jumping during mountain climbers substitute for a stepping action.
Technique Tip!
Although not the most coordinated feeling, ladder climbers are a great workout. Think of them as jogging on the spot with high knees while pulling down the air from above the head with alternating arms - in sync with the legs if possible. Good luck :-)
