- 30 seconds star jumps
- 30 second side ab brace (alternate side from set to set)
Work as hard as possible during the star jumps & recover during the side ab brace. Rest only as required but don't pause the timer.
Star Jumps: start with your feet inside the width of your shoulders and arms by your side. Finish with your feet outside the width of your shoulders and arms above the height or your shoulders.
