  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 Sit Ups
  • 10 Star Jumps
  • 10 Seconds Rest
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 5 Squats
  • 5 Sit Ups
  • 5 Star Jumps

SCALING DOWN.

If required drop to your knees for push ups. If further scaling is required reduce the range of motion by not going as low with each rep. 

TECHNIQUE TIP!

For star jumps start with your feet inside the width of your shoulders and arms by your side. Finish with your feet outside the width of your shoulders and arms above the height or your shoulders. 

GOT EQUIPMENT? 

If you have suspension bands, a chin up bar or something safe to hang from add chin ups or body rows following squats each round.
