Saturday Run Club sessions will be starting at 6:30am @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi from this week - Saturday 15 November.. Monday night interval training sessions continue to meet at 7:30pm @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi. Graceville Run Club sessions will be starting in the new year with Carsten on Saturday 17 January 2015. Our second (& last)  Beep Test for 2014 will be held on Saturday 13 September  7am @ Ridge Street, Annerley (on the soccer field next to the bowls club). This is the weekend following the Bridge to Brisbane so we should all be at our absolute fittest & ready to smash a personal best beep test score! Come along and put your fitness to the test!

With the Gold Coast Half Marathon training all wrapped up our Run Club has turned it's attention back to Bridge to Brisbane (10km distance) preparation. Get along to our sessions on Saturday morning (returning to 7am from next week- see schedule below for changes) and Monday night 7:30pm. Our Run Club is suitable for all fitness levels & running experience and it's FREE.

We have introduced another run club session meeting at Tarragindi studio Monday nights 7:30pm and we have moved our Tarragindi Saturday morning session to 6:30am.  Seven Hills run club continues as per normal 7am Saturday mornings.
