The Drive Fitness 4 Week Workout Series has sadly come to an end for another year & we've calculated the scores to bring you the top 15 men & women. Well done to the 142 women & 95 men that took on the challenge - we deliberately went out of our way to make the 4 workouts extra tough and we hope you enjoyed the push during your personal training sessions over the last 4 weeks. I hope you've been looking forward to the 4 Week Workout Series as much as I have! The 2016 4 Week Workout Series has come to an end - well done to the 111 women & 87 men who took on the challenge. We hope you enjoyed something a little different in your personal training sessions, pushed a little harder than normal and found some extra motivation during the middle of Winter when training can be difficult.
