10 weeks ago I started a journey & entered the Drive Fitness 10 Week Transformation Challenge. I knew I was carrying too much weight, was sluggish, unhappy with what I saw in my reflection, not sleeping well or functioning to the best of my ability. To say this journey was a defining moment in my life was an understatement and seeing the cold hard facts of a full body composition scan on paper was categorically for me the "switching on the lightbulb moment".
Fast forward 10 weeks & I've achieved the personal goal I set myself for the transformation challenge. I lost 6.8kg, 6.1kg of fat & reduced my body fat percentage by 3.7%. I'm wearing clothes I haven't fit in for 3 years but this is not the end of my journey as I have unfinished business.
Thank you so much to my trainers Dave, Bryce & Jacob at Drive Fitness who have inspired, pushed & encouraged me every step of the way even whilst I have carried a shoulder injury all year 😄.
