INTRODUCING A COUPLES CHALLENGE

The New Year Edition of the Drive Fitness 10 Week Transformation Challenge allows you the option to participate both as an individual and also as a couple. Taking the challenge as part of a couple does not eliminate you from also taking part (or winning) as an individual but it does give you the chance to win the couple’s prize and support someone else on their journey. Couples entering the 10 Week Transformation Challenge can be any 2 people such as partners, parent & child, siblings, training partners, friends etc.

I’ve learnt from running Transformation Challenges over the last 10 years that positive proximity is very powerful when people on the same or similar journey work alongside & support each other. It adds massive accountability and huge motivation and ultimately helps to achieve greater, long term results. We’re introducing the couples challenge component to help enhance this.

  • Access to your detailed food plan through the Drive Fitness app so you can view it at anytime.

  • Access to weekly body weight workouts through the Drive Fitness app including video instructions for every exercise.

  • Your choice of 1 on 1 personal training and/or group boot camp sessions - whatever combination of training sessions works best for you. We can help you decide on the most suitable training plan for you and your goals. 

  • Face to face Info Night touching on aspects of mindset, nutrition & training leading into the 10 Week Transformation Challenge as well as answering questions about how the challenge works.
