It will include 6 x 1 hour training sessions working on technique, strength, conditioning and mobility specific to kettlebell lifting & a great all body workout. Sessions limited to 8 people & beginners groups through to experienced lifter groups available.

New to kettlebell training? No problem, these workouts will help you learn the basics so you can get a great all body strength & conditioning workout and progress your technique safely.

Experienced with kettlebell training? These workouts will help perfect your technique, improve your strength, conditioning & mobility and improve your kettlebell lifting performance.

What is it?

  • A kettlebell focused strength, conditioning & mobility workout suitable for all fitness levels.

  • A workout centred around the king of kettlebell lifts - the kettlebell long cycle (kettlebell clean & jerk) - and the components of it such as the swing, clean & press and their variations.

  • An in-depth look at technique to ensure safety for those new to kettlebell lifting & efficiency for those already familiar.

  • An introduction to kettlebell sport with an emphasis on sustaining endurance sets of kettlebell lifting.

  • For many this will be an introduction to new kettlebell exercises or variations of them presented in a way that’s easy to understand and learn.

  • You're looking for an effective & unique strength, conditioning & mobility workout using kettlebell exercises.

  • You’re new to kettlebell training and would like to learn correct technique including finger & insertion grip, rack position, swing, clean, press, jerk, long cycle & more.

  • You have experience with kettlebells and would like to improve your technique & efficiency and follow a structured 6 week training program.

The Details…

Face to face 6 week training term of 1 group session a week aimed specifically at developing technique, strength, conditioning. mobility & efficiency of the kettlebell long cycle (kettlebell clean and jerk). All sessions will include individualised technique coaching and a kettlebell workout with the aim to move all participants towards being able to complete the kettlebell long cycle proficiently and provide a great well rounded strength, fitness & mobility workout. Sessions will be limited to 8 people to ensure personalised coaching.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS?

Are the exercises suitable for all levels of training experience? Yes, each of the exercises have different levels within them to ensure they can be scaled to suit everyone.

Are the sessions suitable for teenagers? Yes, the sessions will be coached at a level suitable for teenagers.

Can I join if I’m going to be away for one of the sessions? Yes, you can still join even if you’ll miss a session. The sessions can’t be made up however home work exercises will be provided for you to continue with.

Do I need to be at a particular level of strength or fitness? No, you will benefit regardless of your level of strength or fitness

If I have an injury can I still join? Yes, we can work around your injuries by modifying range of motion, load and volume when required.

Is it only for those looking to compete in kettlebell sport? Definitely not, it’s suitable for everyone looking for a great kettlebell workout and to improve their kettlebell lifting technique.
