Introduction to Weight Training 4 Week Course - Starting Friday 10 November

Are you new to weight training or have never been in a gym before? Are you unsure where to start, what to do or how to train safely? Join us for a 4 week course specifically intended to help people get started with weight training for the first time and feel confident beginning with a weight training program. The course will cover correct technique for a range of weight training exercises covering the whole body, how to set correct posture & spinal alignment to ensure safety during lifting, how to activate (‘switch on’) core muscles to keep the lower back safe, how to develop hip and shoulder stability for joint health and how to warm up properly before weight training. Limited to 6 people to ensure personalised coaching can be provided and suitable for all ages. Find out more here…
