Kettlebell Sport One Arm Long Cycle Challenge - Friday 14 June

I’m excited to announce the date of our 2nd Annual Kettlebell Sport 10min One Arm Long Cycle Challenge (clean & jerk) taking place on Friday 14 June, 6:30pm. Kettlebell sport and the one arm long cycle (also known as the clean & jerk) is a great exercise for both power & endurance and can therefore fit well into a training program for a variety of goals including strength, fitness, body composition and sports performance.

If you’re looking for something new to train for, in need of a new challenge, want to mix up your workouts or even beat a previous kettlebell long cycle personal best this could be a great event for you.

Come and put your power, endurance & technique to the test in a Drive Fitness first with a 10min one arm long cycle set! All levels of kettlebell lifting experience invited to be involved and if it’s new to you we can help you develop your technique in your training sessions. Kettlebell sport and the one arm long cycle (also known as the clean & jerk) is a great exercise for both power & endurance and can therefore fit well into a training program for a variety of goals including strength, fitness, body composition and sports performance.
