4 Week Workout Series Results 2023 - Top 20

Congratulations to all competitors for taking part in the 9th annual Drive Fitness 4 Week Workout Series. I hope you appreciated the extra challenge, had the oppurtunity to try something new & had fun along the way.

The total score for the 4 week workout series is calculated by adding together your places for all 4 workouts - lower total score the better. The 4 Week Workout Series returns on the 17 July for its 9th consecutive year and we can’t wait to get started. It’s our opportunity to challenge you with 4 unapologetically tough workouts - 1 workout a week for 4 weeks that test your strength, fitness & technique. You can use it as a way to mix up your training, to monitor your progress or compete with others - it’s up to you and it’s only as competitive as you want it to be. The Drive Fitness personal training team will be doing the workouts with you too. Workouts are announced a week in advance, have fun!

Congratulations to all competitors for taking on 4 incredibly tough workouts including what has been unanimously agreed amongst the trainers as the toughest workout in the 7 year history of the 4 Week Workout Series (we discovered that calories on the row & ski are not easy after heavy dumbbell sets in workout 3). I hope you appreciated the extra challenge, had fun along the way & can use your results to help with fitness and strength goal setting & monitoring moving forward.
