Join me for our next 6 week block of Kettlebell Club starting Friday 9 February. It will include 6 x 1 hour training sessions working on technique, strength, conditioning and mobility specific to kettlebell lifting & a great all body workout. Sessions limited to 8 people & beginners groups through to experienced lifter groups available.

The Drive Fitness Grid provides a personal challenge where you compare your results with your own past performances. It’s a way to monitor your progress across multiple fitness & strength domains and to motivate yourself to chase improvement, perhaps in areas that you typically don’t prioritise. It’s not intended to be a competition with others, in fact it’s quite the opposite, you’re competing only with yourself.
