Over 100 people from Drive Fitness started the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge on Thursday 18 September. With week 1 already finished I think everyone is starting to realise that the 50 days is going to be over very quickly! Keep the exercise & eating on track, keep it strict - remember it's only 50 days (43 to go).
The body weight training program for the 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge is now live! It includes all of week 1 workouts along with the first weekly challenge.
