No two boot camp sessions are ever same! We use a wide variety of training equipment from kettlebells to car tyros & boxing gloves to weighted sleds. Our varied training approach keeps sessions exciting & fun.
CAPPED GROUP SIZE
We cap our sessions so we can provide you with the best possible instruction, motivation & results. Large groups restrict training options, limit technique coaching & increase injury risk- you won't have that problem here.
COMPLETELY FLEXIBLY TRAINING
Never forfeit sessions again! We understand that things 'pop up' at short notice and you can't always make boot camp sessions - no worries. You only pay for the sessions you use, not those you miss.
