We have introduced a NEW run club session meeting at Tarragindi studio Monday nights 7:30pm and we have moved our Tarragindi Saturday morning session to 6:30am.  Seven Hills run club continues as per normal 7am Saturday mornings. On the lead up to the Gold Coast Half Marathon our Tarragindi Saturday morning 6:30am session will be our long run increasing distance week to week and our Tarragindi Monday evening 7:30pm session will be our faster, shorter tempo run increasing pace week to week.

If you are not preparing for the Gold Coast Half Marathon there is no requirement to increase your distance or speed, you can continue to join us for our regular run - all fitness levels & running experience welcome.
