WHEN IS IT?
Saturday 18 June @ 7:30am Sharp. We expect to have everything wrapped up by 9:30am including medal presentation. All weigh-ins will take place between Monday 13 June and Friday 17 June during your personal training session or at another time to be arranged with your trainer.
WHAT IS IT?
This is not an elite level power lifting competition - it's a great opportunity to test your strength and have some fun. Join us for a social (and a little bit competitive) Drive Fitness event and put your strength to the test. You will bench press the heaviest weight possible for 1 single rep - this will be divided by your body weight to achieve your relative score. This score can be used as a bench mark to monitor your strength improvements from year to year.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Only Drive Fitness clients can enter the Drive Fitness Bench Press Challenge. This is not intended for just the strongest people at Drive Fitness or those training for a specific strength goal - it's suitable for everyone and a great way to test your strength improvements from year to year.
