The 2016 4 Week Workout Series has come to an end - well done to the 111 women & 87 men who took on the challenge. We hope you enjoyed something a little different in your personal training sessions, pushed a little harder than normal and found some extra motivation during the middle of Winter when training can be difficult. We would like to invite the top 10 men & women to participate in the 5th Week Finals Workout on Saturday 13 August 7:30am @ Drive Fitness Tarragindi. 11th & 12th places are invited to be on standby as reserves. We expect the whole event to take roughly 1 hour. Please let your trainer know if you are available to participate.

The Finals Workout will include 10 stations of 1 minute each with 15 seconds to transition. The stations will include a combination of strength & fitness exercises similar to those encountered during the 4 qualifying workouts of the challenge.
