Since joining Drive Fitness 12 months ago I have dropped 10kg and put on 2kg of muscle. It feels great to be fit again. I've got to thank Bryce for making the sessions fun and tough at the same time. It definitely has changed my life for the better!
Bryce has been able to motivate me & develop a targeted training program designed for weight loss and muscle growth. He has a great sense of humour too which helps the sessions go quickly. I feel better in general as well as being more productive at work and i sleep a lot better too
My other training highlights include bench pressing 95kg (my goal is 100kg) & working out with a good trainer and a couple of good mates. I really enjoyed the 10 week transformation challenge too.
