Please tell us about your results: During the 2015 challenge I lost 11kg and went on to win! The challenge really provided my with the motivation and drive (pun intended!) to lose my 'baby' weight, and improve my fitness levels without it seeming like a chore.
Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Nathan [my personal trainer] is fantastic! He supports me and my fitness goals and provides me with amazing and diverse workouts every week. Even though I have recently sustained an injury he is able to adjust the training to still challenge me and sustain my fitness.
Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: I can't adequately express how much better I feel, it makes me feel more like myself again!
Please tell us about your training highlights: Before I started the challenge I was not a runner but within 6 months I was running 10k with ease and even completed 2 competitive races!
