Please tell us about your results: Since starting at Drive Fitness at the end of March I have achieved more than I ever thought possible. I have lost a total of 15kgs, I have stomped around stadiums, ran the 10km Bridge to Brisbane when I had signed up to walk it, smashed the 10 Week (Transformation) Challenge with an honourable mention and surprised myself with my success in various Drive Fitness challenges throughout the year.

Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Bryce (Personal Trainer) is nothing but encouraging. He believes in my ability more than I believe in it myself and knows what I can achieve. We have had to make modifications or stop exercises due to a shoulder injury however Bryce doesn't miss a beat and already has a back up exercise ready to go. Bryce is so easy to get along with and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all things PT, I look forward to our sessions twice a week.

Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: At the beginning of this year I decided it was the year I would take 'Me' back, to focus on myself and put myself first. I feel beyond proud of myself that I have achieved all I have this year, I have 'Me' back and more and I never once thought the results I have achieved were possible.

Please tell us about your training highlights: Being named Bryce's client of the year has to be my highlight. The ultimate recognition of a year of hard work and determination to be a better, stronger and healthier version of myself. Reaching strength goals is also a highlight, to see progression in the weights used, the depth of a pushup, the number of reps achieved are all highlights and I continue to surprise myself with my gains.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?: Drive Fitness are fantastic, nothing is too hard for them, no question too silly. No matter if it's your trainer or not, whoever is around when you are training or completing a Drive Fitness challenge, they are there encouraging you. I can't wait to see what next year has in store, exercise has become something I enjoy and I have Drive Fitness to thank for that.
