Please tell us about your results: After completing my first 10 Week Transformation Challenge with Drive Fitness I lost over 6 kgs, my fitness dramatically improved but most importantly my self belief and confidence was found!

Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: My trainer Jesse has never once stopped believing in me. Every session he motivates me to push harder, go faster and be stronger! He's helped me to believe in myself and my abilities, by encouraging me to keep a strong and positive mindset. The body achieves what the mind believes.

Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: When I can look in the mirror and can be proud of myself for the changes I can see, that's when I know all the sweat and tears in the gym have been worth it! Im so happy and proud of how far I've come in my journey with Drive Fitness.

Please tell us about your training highlights: Since training with Drive Fitness I’ve achieved things i never thought were possible. I completed a 5km run , a 15km walk and taken part in my first Bench Press Challenge. My strength is always improving and I am so excited for what the future holds.
