Getting out of bed for training was not easy with a 9 month old baby & broken sleep but attending personal training sessions with Mike and boot camp sessions was made a lot easier by the awesome trainers and fellow training buddies. I first started with Drive Fitness in 2016 after having my first child. I have trained at both Graceville and Jindalee with Carsten & Mike, both of whom helped me achieve very different fitness goals. In saying this, the 2019 10 Week Transformation Challenge has probably been a highlight over my time at Drive Fitness. 

I had my second baby in 2018 and was finding it difficult to lose my last bit of baby weight. I had a goal to lose 4kg and the10 Week Transformation Challenge gave me the extra motivation and information I needed to achieve that and more.   Getting out of bed for training was not easy with a 9 month old baby & broken sleep but attending personal training sessions with Mike and boot camp sessions was made a lot easier by the awesome trainers and fellow training buddies at Jindalee. 

The biggest challenge I faced was my eating. I started recording my food intake which instantly helped me make better choices (most of the time) but it was Mike keeping me accountable that helped me the most. 

By the end of the challenge I lost 6.7kg, 8.2% of body fat & a waist circumference of 10.6cm which was well above my expectations. None of this could have been achieved without the support of Mike & Drive Fitness.
