We are launching our first live streaming boot camp session on Monday morning at 5:30am - you can join us from anywhere you like with no equipment required BUT if you have equipment we’ll see if we can incorporate it into the session so have it ready! Live streaming boot camp sessions are available to all Drive Fitness boot campers and can be booked the same way as regular boot camp sessions through your Drive Fitness PIKE13 account. Drive Fitness boot camper also recieve access to the Online Daily Drive body weight program. This program includes a workout everyday (allowing for 1 rest day a week) with a combination of body weight strength circuits, high intensity interval training & continuous effort conditioning sessions.

What you need to do before the LIVE STREAMING session:

  1. Download the ZOOM APP on your mobile device or computer. The computer option will give you a better view and audio.

  2. Set up an area that is safe to exercise & hazard free with enough room for you to take a BIG step in every direction without bumping anything and for you to lie down with arms and legs extended without touching anything.

  3. Set up somewhere for your mobile device or computer to sit where you can see the screen, hear the audio and so we can see you training (you can always turn off your camera and microphone if you prefer).

  4. Be logged into your PIKE13 account at the time of the session > navigate to your upcoming schedule on the ‘my stuff’ / home page > click the session booking > you’ll see a link which is only visible to people who have enrolled in the session.

  5. Please be on time, ready to train with a drink and towel with you - you’ll need it!

What you need to know:

  1. Online streaming boot camp sessions are 40min - we have reduced this from our regular 60min face to face sessions because we feel 60min may be too long to be following a screen and that the session will move faster with less set up and transition time required.

  2. Our full schedule for live streaming boot camp sessions is still being finalised and we’re expecting there will be additional session times and types.. For example, we’ll be looking at introducing 6:20-7am sessions to follow our 5:30-6:10am sessions.

  3. For new boot campers joining us for live streaming sessions, we will need to do a face to face video call consultation before you join so please get in touch with enough time to arrange this in advance.
