I have lost 7 kilos since July, gained some muscle and made some beneficial changes! I got a personal best of 55Kgs on bench press with Carsten and am working on chin ups. Please tell us how your trainer helped you achieve your results: Carsten is supportive but hard! He shows a level of dedication to his clients that should be commended and a genuine interest in helping you achieve your goals!

Please tell us how achieving your results makes you feel: I feel proud that I have managed to start the journey (as i have many many times before!!!) and stick with it by making little changes and big steps onto something I hope to continue with in seeing results and maintaining.

The bring a friend months, challenges and events are a great way to invite others and keep you motivatated! I love training with my partner and it was easy to get him here because of the atmosphere and the trainers!
