Join us for a complimentary face to face nutrition workshop on Thursday 19 February at Drive Fitness Tarragindi. It’s complimentary for all Drive Fitness clients and their family and friends and suitable for everyone. It will be particularly helpful for those looking to understand the fundaments of healthy eating for the first time or those interested in a refresher.
In the Start Strong: The Nutrition Foundations Road Map Workshop we’ll be;
breaking down the food groups and identifying the best (and less preferred) options from each
discussing correct portion sizes for each food group to support optimal health and your body composition goals
looking at macro and micronutrients to discover why foods are important for you, your health & your training goals
learning what goes into preparing a well balanced diet to meet but not exceed your requirements
