It will be particularly helpful for those looking to learn more about how to fuel effectively to optimise performance and recovery for endurance training & events.

We will be discussing;

  • Your energy requirements, why they're important for performance & recovery and strategies to meet them effectively

  • The importance of carbohydrate intake before, during and after training & competition to optimise your energy, performance and recovery

  • Your protein requirements and the importance of timing intake to support muscle recovery & results

  • Optimising hydration to reduce fatigue & maximise performance

  • Supplements to maximise performance, support recovery and provide additional support when dietary nutrition intake is inadequate.
