Well done to everyone who took on the first-ever Drive Fitness Tri-Phase Gauntlet!

This was an intentionally challenging series of three workouts designed to put your strength, conditioning and determination to the test. You raced against the 25-minute clock, with every second counting towards your final accumulated time.

Congratulations to everyone who completed all three phases under the 25-minute time cap. That is an incredible achievement!
