Friends train free in February! Help a friend get started with training and show your friends what we do at Drive Fitness for FREE. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or outdoor group fitness sessions during February 2025 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.
This 16 week half marathon training program is designed to be scalable for all levels of running experience by controlling intensity using heart rate and controlling volume using timed sessions. Please remember that all training programs require individualised adjustments to suit your specific requirements - there is no one size fits all training program for a running event.
The 2025 Drive Fitness Grid has arrived with new challenges and targets for you to work towards throughout the year. The Drive Fitness Grid provides a personal challenge where you compare your results with your own past performances. It’s a way to monitor your progress across multiple fitness & strength domains and to motivate yourself to chase improvement, perhaps in areas that you typically don’t prioritise. It’s not intended to be a competition with others, in fact it’s quite the opposite, you’re competing only with yourself.
