We are an experienced & qualified personal training team in Brisbane who have been getting great results for our clients since 2007. We are passionate about what we do, up to date with the most effective training methods & we keep our goal simple - to help you achieve your’s.

We provide 1 on 1 personal training & small group personal training specifically prescribed for our client’s goals and outdoor group fitness boot camp suitable for all levels of fitness & training experience. We offer online personal training and a variety of specialised programs, courses & workshops.

 

who Do we train?

Our clients range from those who are completely new to exercise right through to those looking to accelerate their results, progress their training and be challenged. We train clients who require exercise modifications for injury or illness as well as clients with very specific fitness or performance objectives. Our clients include children through to elderly with a diverse range of goals and exercise requirements.

 

How can we Help?

We help our clients improve their health, fitness & function, increase their strength, conditioning & mobility, reshape their body composition and manage injury, illness & stress. We’ve helped our clients achieve a wide range of specific goals with our personalised programs.

 

Where are we?

We are located in Brisbane and our personal training studios are fully equiped with strength, functional & conditioning equipment and reserved for use by our personal training clients only. Our outdoor group fitness boot camp takes place at our outdoor boot camp locations nearby our personal training studios.
