A combined total of over 260kg was lost in last year's weight loss challenge!

 This year's will be bigger & better with a re-structured seminar schedule, 50 day exercise plan, redeveloped goal setting process, group boot camp sessions & more. The 50 Day Weight Loss Challenge will kick off with initial weigh-ins on the 26 September and run through to the 14 November. More details to be announced soon.
