Friends Train Free in August

Friends train free in August! Show your friends what we do at Drive Fitness or help a friend get started with exercise. You can bring your friends along to any of your personal training or outdoor group fitness sessions during August 2025 and they can join you absolutely free. There is no limit - bring as many friends as you like to as many sessions as you like.

I hope you’re enjoying the 4 Week Workout Series so far. With workout 1 out of the way and workout 2 underway it’s time to announce workout 3.

Week Workouts Series It’s our opportunity to challenge you with 4 unapologetically tough workouts - 1 workout a week for 4 weeks that test your strength, fitness & technique. You can use it as a way to mix up your training, to monitor your progress or compete with others - it’s up to you and it’s only as competitive as you want it to be. The Drive Fitness personal training team will be doing the workouts with you too and workouts are announced 1 week in advance, have fun!

For those new to the 4 Week Workouts Series It’s our opportunity to challenge you with 4 unapologetically tough workouts - 1 workout a week for 4 weeks that test your strength, fitness & technique. The inaugural 4 Week Workout Series appeared on the Drive Fitness event schedule in 2015 and it’s remained a permanent fixture and a yearly highlight for many Drive Fitness clients (and trainers) ever since.
