Saturday 25 October @ 7:30am. We expect to have everything wrapped up by 9:30am including medal presentation & morning tea (which will be available all morning). All weigh ins to take place between Monday 20 to Friday 24 October during your personal training session or at a time arranged with your trainer. NO weigh ins will take place on the day.
WHAT IS IT?
A great opportunity to put your strength to the test - you will lift the heaviest dead lift possible for 1 single repetition - this will be divided by body weight to achieve your score. Morning tea all morning, medal presentation to follow & a fun occasion to catch up with other people from Drive Fitness.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Only people who train at Drive Fitness can join the Drive Fitness Dead Lift Challenge. Chat to your trainer to start preparing today! We will work with you to develop correct & safe dead lift technique.
